Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, New Contemporary Guest House in Studio City Hills is set in Los Angeles. We received the door code in advance, but Julia received us on arrival and explained and showed us everything in the house. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need to live is available. We felt comfortable and immediately. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. We will be renting this house with julia again on our next visit to Los Angeles.

The Hut is well equipped with everything you need to cook, the bed is nice and the view is amazing Besides that, it is very close to the Sequoia National Park.

It was big enough for the four of us, and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It was great to walk down the road to shops and restaurants and even a nice park nearby.

This home was perfect: the interior design was done with a lot of love and everything was there (even a phone charger next to each bed). I felt at home. We even saw 3 deer coming by and Totem market nearby was ideal for breakfast and dinner.
