I checked in early and he was very accommodating for me and my family. There is a free underground parking inside the hotel which is safe and super nice. The location is nice and close to many supermarkets and restaurants. Also very close to other shopping malls. The size of our suite was very nice and it was well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as a family in this place. Everything is really good. I just wish if they had a washing machine in their units that would have made it perfect. Just a suggestion for improvement. Some updates to the appliances would be great as well.

My second stay in this hotel and I would return again and recommend it to everyone! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, it smells like Buhur at the reception - so amazing, the rooms are clean - spacious - and offer everything one could need even a washing machine. The bathroom offers all products and dental kits, amazing as well. Thank you for everything :)

The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The location isn’t far away from downtown Jeddah. The place is exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the essentials.

It give the feeling of being on the holiday and rich :-)....kids jist loved the pool....the main pool though look small but surprisingly good size abd depth for swimming....
