We are so happy that we could stay in this appartement with our family. It has everything that you need to make your stay in Sevilla nice and easy: central location, beautiful terrace with sunbeds and pool, private jaccuzi, well equiped kitchen, washing and drying machine. The staff was so friendly! They arranged two baby beds for our twins, we’ve never experienced this service anywhere before. Would 100% recommend this place!

great location, nearby the main sightseeing spots of Seville! on a busy road and even though our room faced the street, the windows were thick and our room was very quiet and peaceful. room is more like an apartment with a kitchen and living room area. no breakfast included but they refresh the mini bar everyday, and this gives you a chance to check out the many delicious breakfast spots of the city :) cleaning also included everyday which is a nice plus!

I was very impressed by how quiet the apartment was and the air-conditioning was top notch. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom and kitchen were great, and the location was perfect -- we could easily walk to the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar, and of course hundreds of restaurants and cafes. Another thing that turned out to be so handy was that there were always taxis lined up right at out entrance and taxis are so cheap in Seville. Typical rides around town were 4-5 Euros which was cheaper than renting a bike for 2 people. Even at 6:30 am there was a taxi outside to take me to the airport.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good location close to bus station and supermarket and easy walk to the main sites. There are some good bars and restaurants in the couple of blocks between the apartment and the main tourist area. No reception on site but excellent communication re: self check in.

Taxi rank nearby for transport to local sights, airport and railway station. Ground floor holiday apartments are not easy to find in any city and this was excellent for us. This studio apartment had all appropriate facilities and air condition was a blessing. The whole apartment block is of high specification and, considering the number of apartments there are in the building, it is very quiet at night and most times of the day.LeeYoung couple

Room cleaning every day and thick towels provided. Upstairs terrace, sunbeds and large plunge pool were real bonus. Host was easily contactable, very helpful and quick to reply. We stayed in the apartment with terrace but were shown the penthouse flat as friends were considering it for next year. Truly stunning. Facilities are beautiful and very well thought through, great terrace off the main bedroom with an amazing view of the many churches in town. The flat is very well equipped with all mod cons, kettle even a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location is great just a few minutes walk from everything on a very charming street. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommend:)MarianaYoung couple
