Offering a garden and city view, Villa Cologne is set in Baška Voda, 400 metres from Podluka Beach and less than 1 km from Berulia Beach.

An absolutely superb apartment with sea view. A modern, spacious apartment in excellent condition and at a reasonable cost. Large balcony facing the sea. Parking right in front of the building. Air conditioning in all rooms. It is away from all the noise on the beach boulevard but still fairly close although you do have to climb 132 stairs and walk uphill on the way back. Be sure to book the two bedroom apartment with sea view. Other apartments are in lower floors. The house in front blocks the sea view.
