Great for a family trip. Location is excellent, just across Piazzale Michalengelo with Arno River in between. You can walk along the river, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Uffuzi Gallery, and Duomo. Area is safe and silent, streets towards the center has good restaurants and cafes. The apartment is very cozy and authentic. It was clean and cute. Rachele was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Situated in the centre of Florence, Dimora Collection - Le Torri - Boutique Luxury Suites - Adults Only features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

Lorenzo communicated with us (in English) prior to our arrival to ensure we had all of the information. We walked from the train station (about 15 min) and had no trouble finding it. It is very near the duomo (about a 1 min walk), as well as all the famous plazas and museums. We found the electronic entry to be easy and convenient. There is an elevator, but we enjoyed taking the stairs up to the top level for the exercise. We never saw anyone else in the building and felt very safe. The windows of the apartment are excellent and when they are closed you don't hear anything from outside. They also have nice blackout curtains, which we didn't find anywhere else on our stay in Italy. The room had a large couch, king bed, and the best pillows in Europe so far. Lighting and plugs (and USB ports) where you'd want them to be; Netflix and Prime on the TV; great hot water and pressure in the bathroom with nice, large towels. The kitchen was great with all kinds of pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Olive oil and salt provided, no pepper. They provided as many coffee pods as we wanted, as well as little snacks and cookies--and filtered water. Lorenzo ensured we knew how to work everything in the kitchen and the room, and it was exceptionally clean and modern. We also stored our luggage for a few hours on the penthouse landing and had no problem. Lorenzo responded via messenger in Booking.com almost instantly when we had any questions. The price was worth the modern apartment, the space, and the location.

    El pis era molt gran, lluminós i amb totes les comoditats. Que hi haguessin dos banys va ser molt comode. La casa esta situada a una zona molt tranquila, en 20 minuts caminant estaves al centre de la ciutat.

    Molt complets els serveis del càmping. Tenen un bus directe que et porta al centre i et torna al càmping per només 3 euros. En surten uns 10 al dia. Si no amb l'autobús de la ciutat per menys de 4 euros vas i tornes i n'hi ha a la nit també. La piscina, genial. El tamany dels bungalous ideal i els lavabos també. Bons preus al supermercat.

    Hotel molt correcte i molt ben situat per descobrir el centre de Florència i situat a un minut de l'estació, perfecte per si cal agafar algun tren per anar a Pisa, Venècia... L'esmorzar molt complet, amb una mica de tot, i amb el personal sempre pendent que sempre hi hagi de tot.

    La piscina i el confort del bungalous. Malgrat calor extrema hem estat frescos i amb aire condicionat. Molt bona atenció al punt d'informació i també a la recepció
