The apartment was large and clean, with a great view from the window to canal . Kitchen was well equipped. There were some restaurants , shops and vaporetto station very close to apartment .Everything was easy to reach.Realy nice place.

Everything with this place is perfect. 1. Location is great. It’s about 15 minutes walking from the S.L train station or Piazza Rome. And if you take the water bus, you can get off at Port San Stae, then it’s only 5 minutes of easy walking to the place. A lot of attractions, restaurants and supermarkets (inclu. Fish market) are within 10-15 minutes walk. 2. The room is clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you would need for a short stay! 3. The hosts are great! They are patient, kind and really generous. They offered extra helps to us regarding our checkin and checkout. A big thank you to you :)) All in all, stay with them and you will have a special trip in Venice. The photo I upload is taken just outside of the place.

Antonello was beyond fantastic ! He was organized, took us up to the apt to tour the apartment, and was truly a delight! The apt is beautiful, as they have just finished a remodel after purchasing the property, and its spectacular! They have stocked it very well, including the famous Vanetian cookies for you to enjoy!! Another great bonus…. There is a bakery on the main floor of the building! The morning smell wakes you up, and you get dressed in a hell if a hurry to run downstairs for a latte and croissant!     Beliggenheten er helt fantastisk. Du har alt du kan ønske og litt til rett uten for døra. Likevel er det stille og fredelig oppe i leiligheten! Alle fasiliteter man har behov for. Det var rent og pent. Helt perfekt!

    Fin lokasjon utenfor de store turistmassene. Leiligheten er over noen små spesial butikker og i nærheten av restauranter. Vi fikk tilsendt video av veien fra bussholdeplassen på forhånd og fikk god oppfølging av vert.

    Vi hadde en leilighet m to soverom. To dobbeltsenger. Ikke inkludert frokost. Fint kjøkken til å lage frokost evt. mat selv. Leiligheten hadde en liten veranda. Kjøkkenet hadde både kaffe og te. Hyggelig mottak i resepsjonen, med kald juice. Deilig i varmen.

    Vi fikk ikke komme inn i leiligheten og ble henvist til et lite møkka hotel. Gratis frokost var kompensasjonen 1 croisant og et rundstykke med kaffe.

    Dette er en fantastisk leilighet i gåavstand til det meste. Den ligger 5-10 minutters gange fra Vaporettostasjon Orto, men enkel forbindelse til flyplassen og buss/togstasjon. Leiligheten er topp moderne med A/C i alle rom, tre soverom og tre flotte bad. Den ligger i toppetasjen så den har en flott utsikt, også med litt havutsikt.
