The location is great , the property is very clean , and the view from the balcony is stunning. Also the staff is very friendly for check in. Make sure to ask for a parking spot if you have a car.

When we return to Tirana, and we surely want to, we will stay here again! Great modern apartment, very well-furnished, very well-equipped kitchen annex, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The building may look neglected from the outside, but inside it's very clean, and the neighbourhood seemed very safe. The place is a few minutes walk from a major street with shops and places to eat, and an easy 20-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Last but not least, great customer care from Franko (if I remember the owner's name correctly). He answered all our questions and helped book a taxi to the airport (Blue Taxi Tirana was a very good choice, 11 euro for the trip, friendly driver). Before our arrival, Franko sent us a short video on Whatsapp showing how to reach the building and the apartment walking from the main street.

The location is perfect, you have everything you need close by and a very quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and helpful. This will definitely be our place when we come back to Tirana.
