Beautiful surroundings with a landscaped garden, parking at the house and a very friendly owner. Sea with access even for children across the road in a quiet part of the party zone. Close to top restaurants, especially Starac i More Restaurant or Novalja Basilica

We stayed in the top floor room. Room was very spacious and had a small kitchenette that was well stocked. Bathroom and shower were nice. Aleks was very friendly and easy to meet to retrieve the keys. Enjoyed the balcony that had a great view of the sunset.
