This place is situated in one of the historical buildings of the Vico district. The apartment is a cozy place with high ceilings and a big bed up on the gallery. Kitchen has the basic amenities and there is even a small outside patio with table and chairs. The location is 5 minutes away from the lake and the famous Aero Club Como, walk to the main touristic district is about 20 minutes. The host - Silvia - was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is why we chose this place. A nice kitchen for basic cooking. A quiet area just north of the main part of town.

We had an amazing stay. we were on our honeymoon roadtrip and stopped by Como for 1 night. I was nervous at first given that the location is all the way up hill but everything ended up exceeding our expectations!!! the owner omg is sooo welcoming. I cant recommend this place enough. you get the view, amazing breakfast, quiet and the tranquility.. will come back for sure!

It has amazing views of Lake Como and with two balconies you are spoilt for choice where to sit and admire the beautiful surroundings. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine and dryer and a coffee maker with coffee pods. You will need nothing while staying here! We appreciated the thoroughness of the owner with the check in process and all the effort they made with providing information on the local area. The town is lovely and had a nice vibe with lots of tables out and people enjoying a glass of wine curbside while soaking up the warm rays of the sun and the beautiful views of the lake.

Pietro met us at the apartment. He was very welcoming and gave a couple of good advice. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is just stunning! I’d stay there forever :) It takes less than a minute to get to the train station, city centre, funicular and a supermarket. Also there are quite a lot of nice restaurants around. So I’d highly recommend this place to stay in Como :)
