The appartement is in a great location with the parking nearby. Everything inside the appartement was brand new and clean. At arrival the host welcomes you and once inside there were lots of snacks, cold beverages and coffee free to use. Really great service!

The apartment was well located within walking distance of the railway station. It was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well fitted for a short or long term stay. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge and dining area was very spacious. The appartment was stylishly furnished.

I recently stayed at this apartment and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The apartment was, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and the Alps in the distance. The terrace provided a great setting for dining al fresco while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The apartment was spacious (two adults, one infant), very clean, and recently renovated. The host, Marco, is very friendly and accommodating. He provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. A lovley family :) Overall, I would highly recommend either of the two apartments offered here to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Lago Maggiore. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends who want to explore the Italian Lakes region while staying in a comfortable and well-equipped apartment.

Situato a Baveno, l’Aurum offre un giardino, una vasca immersione ad acqua fredda e la vista sul giardino. This apartment was very modern, clean, and comfortable…..just like the pictures show. The terrace is lovely with a fabulous view of the lake. Oxana sent us a video of how to find the apartment which was very helpful. Some people have complained about the hard bed, but we loved the firm mattress! The apartment is very quiet at night, and parking is available on site.
