Location - great location with really good places to eat nearby. Also good places to buy nearby things in Florence. Room - room was absolutely excellent. It was beautiful and really well managed. People - our contact was Caterina, who was extremely helpful in any kind of request that we had. She helped us out in getting directions, getting as a taxi, information about what to eat nearby and how to go to the airport and how to use the local transport. This is an absolute recommendation for a great place in Florence.

The location is perfect. Appreciated the elevator although there is one flight of stairs to the top floor apartment. Very comfortable bed and wonderful terrace. Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena. Amazing and relaxing place surrounded by beautiful nature, very polite and helpful staff - absolutely everything was perfect!
