People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

Though the building looks old but the unit is very spacious and clean. By far, this is our best stay in Philippine. Spacious for cooking and rest and most importantly, got Netflix to entertain us. No breakfast officially included, but I was treated to coffee, fruit, and local breakfast items every day. The room is clean and definitely large enough. Book it!
