I loved my stay!! Angie and her daughter Anielka were extremely responsive and attentive! Checking in periodically to see if there was anything I needed. Made me feel very welcomed and at home. The space was large, with a full stock kitchen. The couch in the living room was also very comfortable. During the day, the house could get hot but using the air conditioner in the bedroom it wasn't an issue at all. I really enjoyed how quiet the area was, while conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. So great location!

The layout of the property meant that each cabin retained its privacy. The ‘rules’ that stipulated you had to be quiet at certain times. Although the howler monkeys didn’t pay attention to this - which was a bonus! The swimming pool was very welcome. The washing machine was very useful. The location was quiet but close to playa Negro and easy walking distance to town and the national park.

5 ⭐️We just left Cahuita Inn after a 5 night stay in the little town of Cahuita. Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). We stayed in two rooms beside one another so we could spread out a bit. The property is small but plenty. The waterfront is gorgeous although not swimmable (coral) but the pool is perfect for that! The owners were wonderful and the staff AMAZING! We were fortunate to have howler monkeys wake us 2 mornings of our stay. They were right on the property crossing in front of the rooms. We also saw 1-5 sloths a day but we had to look hard for them. The restaurant is probably the best Italian food we’ve ever had! The servers are top notch and super friendly. Although the bigger town of Puerto Viejo is a 20 min drive away, you won’t be disappointed with this location or the accommodations. The rooms were big, bright, airy, comfortable and clean! Everything you need is within walking distance! We can’t wait to come back!!

The location was absolutely perfect. The ocean is right there in front of you with a beautiful beach 2 min walk. Cahuita is a 5 min walk tops and it's just away enough that you're not bothered. But the part was the owners. Lovely couple ready to greet you at every chance. And if you need it they'll get it for you. I highly recommend this place for a nice chill Caribbean stay.

it was a beautiful location and very close to the entrance of the national park. we also enjoyed seeing the monkeys and chickens around the area and made friends with a cat!

The property is beautiful and easy to find. It backs onto the national park and you can enjoy the sounds of the wildlife in the park. The family running the hotel are amazing and made our stay even better. The breakfast is delicious and a perfect way to start your day before heading out. We would definitely recommend anyone who’s visiting Cahuita to stay here!

Absolutely wonderful. Room was clean and functional. Pool and facilities exceptional. Breakfast was included and very scrumptious. On site iguanas 🦎, sloths 🦥 and frogs.
