The owner is kind and caring! They always talk to me, so I feel safe even if I travel alone. The bathroom is also clean, and it is very good to be able to use the refrigerator and microwave oven. wifi is well connected. I would like to visit the owner again when I am in Nice.

The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay!

The place was impeccably clean, perfectly matched the pictures, and the host was incredibly kind, generous and always available to help! Both beds were super comfy, all necessary kitchen and bath essentials were included, and the building itself was secure and safe. The location was extraordinary and the views can’t compare to anything we’ve ever experienced before! The only downside was having to leave. Highly recommend for your visit to Nice.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

Mrs. Delphine and her husband are friendly and kind, happy to help. Mrs. Delphine is proactive and she offers you info about the surroundings. The communication was prompt,polite and efficient. Check in and check out were simple and without stress. The place is on a quiet street,smelling like orange trees,jasmin and mediteranean plants, I love listening to the birds singing. The house is close to tram station,which takes you to train station, airport and old city with shops,it is just across the street from Promenade des Anglais. Perfect location in two words. The studio has everything you need.
