The location is quite good, in land, about a 5 min drive from Livadi, and about 10 min from the Chora & 15min from Kapsali port & beach. The distance to the airport and/or to the ferry port is about 30 to 35 min. The property is new, so everything is updated, and they have all kind of perks (Netflix connection, music player, ceiling fan, clothes washer, etc). The room is on the small size and the wardrobe built around the head of the bed requires a bit of adjusting when getting in and out of the bed, but the bathroom has a generous size and a large shower. Everything one needs for a short or long stay is there, and the place is airy, with a nice outdoor seating area and views over the hilly Kythira inlands. Definitely, we'll go back when visiting Kythira.

We had a great time in this very comfortable apartment! Everything was brand new, the beds are really really good, there is plenty of storage space, the windows are perfectly insulating the place, sound wise. We had nice silent nights! They've done a great job with the renovation!

The location, it was cleaned and equipped properly, the owners were really nice, when there was a blackout due to a storm, the owner came to us with candles and a set of cards, to pass the time. One of the owners came and gave us figs from their farm one afternoon! Really nice stay overall.

This is a hidden gem in an outstanding location - close enough to walk to an impressive beach or take a short car ride to many others, while also tucked away on a serene hill by olive groves. Fenia, the host, was attentive, accommodative and very helpful during our stay (we ended up reserving the property one extra night even though our ferry was very late at night, just so that we could keep enjoying this amazing spot during the day, visit Kaladi beach and relax before our trip out of Kythira). I can't recommend this enough. We'll be back, Fenia - thanks again for everything!

The accommodation is located in a quiet village, it is clean, it has all the necessary amenities, and the owners are very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away, and you can reach any of the best beaches on the island in between 10 to 30 minutes.

Just spent three great nights here....very tranquil and quiet country accommodation. Place is absolutely immaculate- and they clean every day. Lots of space, a full balcony and equipped kitchen. Bathroom is spotless. I had a car and rambled about the island...lo ved staying here as it is fairly close to a few towns, including Kythera. Would highly recommend!
