I recommend this palce for everybody who want to meet a very familiar, beautiful atmosphere and nice company. Anikò, the host is a great and loving person, she knows everything, has a very good taste and experience in having guests. She even made special french toast for us:) The apartment was superclean, comfortable, romantic and local as a house in this area should be. We felt very welcome and more, so I hope we will come back one day!

Very easy-to-follow directions to access this apartment, and very clean and comfortable design inside. As someone who doesn’t speak Hungarian, I really liked staying in this area and getting a sense of life in Keszthely away from more touristy places. There are many garden plots in the open space near the building where people are tending their trees and crops, as well as the lane of Black Pines where people run and walk. There is a fruit stand and store two blocks down the road, as well as a larger store and then a super store a few more blocks down at the main intersection. Easy to catch the bus here as well. The host was very communicative and helpful with my questions about renting a bike, storing the bike in the building, and there are fabulous books about the area in the apartment, as well as bike route and tour information

The apartment is in a wonderful central location, very close to the high street shops and only a short walk away from the Festetics Palace, which is a must see when you visit Keszthely. There is also a small local market next door, offering local fruits, vegetables, honey, pastries, clothes, gift items, etc. The apartment was clean, well equipped with kitchen items, utensils, it was a nice place to stay with small children. Our host, Laszlo was a lovely man, with good knowledge of the area, he was very accomodating, made sure that we got there safe and explained everything to us clearly. Check-in and check-out was a smooth and easy procedure. Thank you very much for the great experience, we would highly recommend this place for your stay in Keszthely.
