The apartment is facing north-west and there was a direct sun only in the late afternoon. Therefore, it was not too hot even on very hot days - no need for air conditioning, which is also present.

Amazing place, exactly in the city center but very calm and quiet location. Everything is within the walking distance. Big, clean and well-equipped apartment. We really enjoyed staying there for 5 days with the family. Good value for money also!

We were the first guests in this new apartment and everything was great. We travelled as a family with three children and there was plenty of space for all of us. We had a pleasant stay and our host was very healpful and easy to reach. The lake is really close and there is a private parking area. I can really recommend anyone to stay in this apartment. I also think that the price was fair and hopefully we can go back in the future.
