Located in beautiful and serene atmosphere,have all facilities like airport, railway station, Travancore mall within 5km radius.Host is very cooperative and humble so is the caretaker. Accessibility of the place is excellent. It was a stay like home for last 12days.

Delightful place — a “home stay” rather than a hotel. The house is superbly presented with great furniture, antiques, great decorations. The staff are very friendly and do everything they can to be helpful, and Nisha Babu responds to every request very quickly. There is a home-cooked breakfast each morning, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a kitchen area outside each group of rooms. They offer a friendly, free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is very local. We stayed for three nights and would definitely stay again!

Breakfast and all-round service excellent. A bonus was that Vinod, the immensely helpful 'caretaker', was also able to rustle up a delicious evening meal. Very quiet and surrounded by palm trees. It makes for an idyllic photo, looking in a south-westerly direction.

Liked everything about this place. To start off with, it's just a very short distance from the beach and the cliff. Rooms were very neat and comfortable and very spacious. A special mention about Nikhil, the person in charge at this premise. Very friendly guy who goes out the way to make your stay comfortable. Helps you with local info about places around and ways to reach there. To top it found him to be a good singer at their restaurant by the beach. Enjoyed the food and the music.
