I've never been more welcomed anywhere in my 7 years of traveling as I was at Bongs. They are a very genuine and caring family. It's right at the peer. It's a hotspot for the locals and local business owners. It's not a luxury spot by any means, but their service, their food and their hospitality is excellent. I will surely visit again. Sam was the best host ever, she knew the best spots for snorkelling, where to go to see the plankton at night, best places to eat in town, best routes for hiking. MPai Bay is a small place but we would have had to go on private tours to do all the things we did if we hadn't had Sam's advice.

Burada kaldığımız süre boyunca huzur dolduk. İşletme sahibi bizi çok sevecen karşıladı ve keyifli sohbetler ettik. Kesinlikle samimi ve içten bir aile ortamı. Odalar gayet temiz, dizayn oldukça doğal. Odaların kapısı yemyeşil bir bahçeye açılıyor. Hamakta uzanmak ve etraftaki civcivler sayesinde köy hissini yaşamak inanılmaz. Ayrıca denize de oldukça yakın. Gece yatağınızda uzanırken dalga seslerini dinlemeniz mümkün. Kesinlikle bu sıcak ortamı yaşamanızı tavsiye ederim.Teşekkürler Simon ve tatlı ailesi. Umarım yeniden görüşürüz 🙏

Wonderful people, great bungalow, perfect location and we even did a really nice camp fire and BBQ with the staff and the other guests. Thank you for a incredible experience i am sure we'll come back agin soon... :)

Our Sunny Bungalow was exactly as we had hoped: a simple wooden hut, with a relaxing veranda, hidden among lush vegetation. We certainly weren't expecting luxury and that's probably why we found our bungalow surprisingly comfortable. Bedroom was very spacious and clean, having al the essential basics we needed for our budget beach holiday. Yes, all what’s written in other reviews about the room’s not completely closed is true, but that's what characterizes (and what we like so much about) this type of accommodation. Just don’t keep food in your bungalow and you’ll have absolutely no problem with the local wildlife. Bathroom was huge and very clean as well. Ánd made of stone, so more privacy (noise) and no walk-in/fly-in insects. It was very windy on Saracen Beach when we were there, but since the bungalows were in the backyard of the beachside café we were able to enjoy our veranda without wind. That was really nice. Service was super friendly and attentive. Dimang and his staff were always available for information and help. We were 100% happy that we chose to stay at Sunny Bungalows and would definitely book this place again on a future visit.

The restaurant was full of ambiance and they serve really good food with a huge portion! The rooms were also nice, basic but clean! The staffs are really nice and friendly. It's a very family friendly environment. Would absolutely come back again there, but above all really, the restaurant have the best food in the island. They also have a welcome drink when u arrive which was also nice.

Mela and Ian are excellent hosts, very sweet and attentive. The guesthouse is located on a quieter part of the village but still very close to the beach and everything else around. The rooms are simple, yet very comfortable. They serve some amazing dumplings, some of the best that I have ever eaten, and they are also very cheap. I've really enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to come back someday.
