What an absolutely amazing stay. We were traveling from Dakar in Senegal where we live. My wife had felt sick in Morocco and was still running a slight fever when we showed up. The care, the attention to detail, the friendship, the love—Suren (the host) set a VERY high bar for others to live up to as we explore this country. We miss him and his wife’s wonderful cooking already. The food is definitely worth taking, delicious. Suren is a natural at hosting, it’s a true passion for him. Location, cleanliness, overall facilities, little implements and considerations that make a stay comfortable. Dominic received us at the house himself and was very engaging in his briefing and very detailed in making us understand various facets and facilities of the house. The house is beautifully designed and strategically located with a beach just down the road, a supermarket next door and the rest of the best of Colombo at a stone's throw. Very clean and absolutely well-kept linen and upholstery. Very well-appointed rooms and welcoming in nature.
