Breakfast was fantastic, host and hostess wonderful and friendly and put us at ease. Spectacular views , quiet no traffic, lovely garden and bush. Would go there again anytime in fact wanted to stay another night but had to get home to look after animals.

We expected, based on previous reviews, that the apartment would be exceptionally well-appointed, with a great view from the living and bedrooms and that the owners have left no stone unturned in creating and maintaining a superior lodging experience. Our expectations were shattered.. Abri is in a class of it's own! My recommendation to anyone considering a stay in Paihia-- look no further and book here! Additionally, we had a luggage issue prior to arrival that the owner took care of for us while we were on a tour. Words simply cannot do justice to Abri... it is simply the best.

A great place to spend some time in Paihia. It's just about a 5 minute walk to downtown yet, far enough away to be woken to great birdsong every morning. Marilyn was very great with communication and very friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was large for just the 2 of us and had a kitchen allowing us to cook a couple of meals. While we didn't really take advantage of the deck, it provided great views up the hill and down, out to the water over the town. Great all around stay!

The apartment was huge and had all you needed to enjoy your stay. The view from the apartment balcony was stunning and difficult to leave. And it was possible to walk from the apartment to Paihia by the beach instead of always taking the car.

The property was more than we expected. There was 12 of us booked in the property and it is such a good size it was more that enough room. The grandkids were entertained by the activities / games at the property.
