The beach, the villa, the pool at Nacpan beach glamping. I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your front desk staff members, Merla. During our recent stay at your hotel, our motorbike experienced a tire puncture just when we were about to head to the airport. Merla's assistance was invaluable during this unexpected situation. Not only did she promptly contact the rental shop for us, but she also ensured that the repair was arranged swiftly. What truly impressed us was Merla's extra effort in making a second call to the rental shop, going above and beyond to check if we could ride directly to the airport instead of arranging alternative transport. Her dedication to ensuring our convenience and her friendly demeanour with a constant smile made a significant impact on our experience. Another staff we would like to compliment is the security guard at Nacpan Beach Glamping, John. He always welcome us with a wide smile and willing to share with us the turtle stories. Thank you for having such a remarkable team member.

بصراحة أحد أجمل وانظف الأماكن الي ممكن تزورها وليست فقط لزوجين بل للعوائل ايضاً غرفتين وصالة وحمام ومسبح خاص وكانت رحلة جدا رائعة الطاقم جداً بشوش ومتعاون المكان نظيف سرعة استجابه خرافية حرفياً رحلة كانت رائعة في اي وقت تتواصل معاهم حيردو ويساعدوك ف اي شي كل يوم الصباح يجيبو الفطور وينظفو المسبح هدوء المكان وجمالو لا يوصف شكراً من القلب للطاقم الي كان اكثر من رائع ❤️ ولن تكون اخر مره 😍 Honestly, one of the most beautiful and cleanest places that you can visit, not only for a couple, but also for families , Living room . 2 bedrooms. bathroom. Private pool . And they help you with anything every morning. They bring breakfast and clean the pool. The place is calm and indescribable. Thank you from the heart to the crew who were more than wonderful ❤️ And I have another visit 😍

An escape to a peaceful paradise where you can truly unwind and relax. The shipwreck was incredible to snorkle at and the coral reef was so beautiful! The facilities were amazing and the staff were awesome!

منتجع في غاية الجمال يعطيك احساس ان في وسط طبيعه وغابات. الطعام لذيذ لكن ليس با النسبة لكل العرب ممكن البعض ما يناسبهم لكنة جميل. الموقع جميل جدا لكن شوي مرتفع في طلعه ركوب وانت رايح للمنتجع صعبة ومرتفعة جدآ لازم يكون عندك وسيلة تنقل مثل سيارة توك توك ولا مرح تقدر حتى لو انك شباب والموقع شوي بعيد بعض الاماكن المهمة لكن بشكل عام المكان ساحر وجميل ويستحق.

In a nutshell, Mathieu’s the all time best host one can ever have to chance to have, very professional, quite available and willing to help as well as a great source of recommendations to lurk around El Nido (he basically knows everyone & everywhere). Also, the villa is just breathtaking, neat & have every single thing a group of people may need to have the greatest confort. I extremely recommend !

Great staff, they arranged amazing tours for us, we kept always communications regarding breakfast or transport, we never had any issues and they were always friendly with us. The place feels quite exclusive, since there are just a few houses for rent, so it's a nice place to relax.

Coffee and water available for free all day. Chill place. Good location if you want to get away from the city. Ka kiko and family are really good host and amazing human beings. The only thing would be the shower didn’t seen to have a lot of pressure when we were there, I don’t know if there was a trick to it or something😅
