Waking up in the morning grabbing the koffie on the balcony watching the view. Also the breeze is very nice . The area is nice and silent close to the french border ( walking distance ),but hills. There are also some restaurants close by also on the french side there is a minimarket where you can buy fresh croissant and baguette . You can park your car safe the parking on the property is adventurous. Overall a fully equipt.appartment also liked that there was a laundry and very nice place to stay.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very nice and helpfull. The swimming pool was great and the view for the sea is georgeous.

Very spacious and clean! Loved the outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to enjoy the constant breeze. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was interesting to see the cruise ships at the port from our terrace. Location was good in that we walked to an excellent dinner at Chesterfields and the next morning walked to the port to catch the ferry to St Barths. The host was very helpful with directions as our taxi driver had a little trouble finding the apartment. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our brief stay in Philipsburg!

La ubicación en Philipsburg es la mejor, el resto de hoteles son muy mediocres, este sitio es maravilloso, frente a la playa, alejado del puerto donde llegan los grandes cruceros y además tiene una piscina para bañarse viendo el mar. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? :-)

Lo cerca que esta todo, tanto la playa como restaurantes ,tiendas, en fin excelente lugar. Anduvimos caminado por muchos lugares y la gente muy amigable y muy respetuosa. El señor Andrae administrador muy atento , servicial y muy buena nota.
