Excellent property with private pool and lots of space, and very x 10 clean. All the staff were polite and super efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Extremely impressed. Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

It was a home away from home, filled with impeccable hospitality, thoughtful touches(surprised me with the best cake on my birthday), and unforgettable moments. If you're seeking a slice of paradise with a side of genuine human connection, look no further. Sylvia, Aga, Fau, Fridah, Felix and Denge made me feel truly welcomed and cared for.Also... if you're looking for some pampering, do not miss the massage and body scrub...it was the most blissfully indulgent hour of my entire trip!

We loved our room - it was comfortable, exceptionally clean and we had a special honeymoon message displayed on our bed for our arrival. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Georgia was an incredible host. Kiganja had a beautiful atmosphere, which made the perfect honeymoon destination for us. What an absolutely delightful place to call home for a few days! We were looking for a restful spot on a quiet beach after our safari and this was it. The building itself is fascinating….lots of history within, unique and quirky and has everything you need and more. Our rooms were comfy and clean and the balcony in each room overlooking the beach was great. Massi and Miria are the perfect host…there when you need them with answers to all your questions. All staff were so kind and friendly…restaurant staff with whom we interacted the most were the best. The daily breakfast had a perfect selection of continental and hot options. And a juice with fruit and avocado that I wish I could have bottled and brought back home. We ate all three dinners there and they were out of this world (I’m running out of superlatives to describe our stay!). With Massi’s obvious influence they were all traditional Italian. Four amazing courses each night and only $20 USD per person. Worth so much more. I wholeheartedly recommend Zanzibar House as a perfect place to stay for a beach break. Suggest taking the taxi service offered on their site as we chose not to and our cab driver had difficulty locating it. With the help of a kind local on a motorbike however, we did. Thank you Massi and Miria.

Location is wat i needed for the holiday its a quiet place and near to the small private and nice beach The owne Mr Laucin was the best he made our stay to go well anything we need he was sharp and deliver it on time we had amazing dinner every thing was amazing and his Assistance Ruth she is the best serving us breakfast and everything we ask with a beautiful smile😁The pool was also the Best ting ever 😍

Villa de Victor is a superb property located on Matemwe Beach. The staff and owners are super friendly and give good local advice. Nema is the star of the property and she's always there for whatever you need.

- View was breathtaking. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was spectacular. The garden and the terrace outside the house were outstanding! Everything was also clean and in good order. - The house itself was spacious and well-kept. The rooms were beautiful, the kitchen well-equipped and the furniture all over was comfortable and in good shape. Toilets were also comfortable and regularly cleaned. - Food was excellent in all meals. The chef really knows his seafood! - On top of that, the staff were amazing. The house manager was very helpful. The ladies in the staff team were outstanding and super friendly. Smiles in every greeting and very warm attitude throughout the stay. A special thank to Latifa and Dolores for making our stay memorable.
