The staff are excellent! Always smiling and ready to help. We had a two bedroom apartment which was facing Waikiki Beach. The views were spectacular and all the furnishings were of high quality. The location is quite central and doesn’t get any better than that. Highly recommended!

L'ufficio della sicurezza funge da reception ed è presente h24, però non c'è una evidente comunicazione tra loro e la gestione delle camere, quindi potrebbe causare qualche problema. La mia camera al check in mi è stata consegnata completamente da pulire. Ho dovuto aspettare quasi 2 ore per poter utilizzare la camera, dopo un lungo volo aereo. Per questo, la responsabile mi ha emesso un rimborso parziale. La vista al 18esimo piano, vale il costo della camera, costo che comunque non è certo economico. La camera è bella, pulita e ben fornita di tutto. Posizione ottima che permette di arrivare a piedi sia a Waikiki beach che a Moana beach. Presente anche una piscina.

The Food Services in the Hotel are excellent. The lobby and small business establishment therein were lovely. The location is excellent. Everyone knows it and where it is located. We needed directions often. The staff were helpful and nice. The pool and deck area were great, not crowded. The beds and bedding were spectacular!!

Incredibly accommodating team that I interacted with. Diane communicated all the details ahead of time, and Julio was very helpful during my stay. If I needed anything, they would make sure to help me out or point me in the right direction. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and even stuff for a beach visit. Excellent location as well. Right in the heart of all the fun spots and a quick walk to the beach.

The unit was very spacious and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. Had a beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean. Once I arrived at the building I went straight upstairs and into the unit in around 5 minutes. I was given clear instructions and it was very easy. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen is well equipped.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with family or group of friends! One of the best hotel stay’s that my family and I has ever experienced. We didn’t have to worry about any kitchen essentials or toiletries and other necessities because it was all provided. The property was very spacious, with comfortable lounge seating, big comfy beds and 2 big bathrooms. Their was also a laundry dryer and washer with laundry liquid and powder provided. We also loved the swimming gear, shade cover, chairs and stroller to take when visiting the beaches. I was able to share many beautiful memories with my family here. The apartment was also very secure and we always felt safe. The host was also a very lovely person and took great care whenever we required something.

Location, not too high above the ground floor, loved the bbq area and used it several times, well equipped kitchen, close to laundry and trash room, pleasant view of Diamond Head, friendly security staff, lots of towels, easy to walk down stairs to avoid waiting for lift, good parking
