We loved the location of the house. We were able to walk to the beach and to the stores. The house included EVERYTHING! We were 100% satisfied with our decision to book this property. Will definitely stay again on our next trip out to California.

The location to the beach is wonderful. The beach chairs and toys are great. The view is fabulous. Plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay in a private room with a kitchenette. The room was next to a quiet and welcoming patio in the backyard of a private residence in Oceanside, CA. It was lovely! The host was gracious and very kind and even offered a laundry service for $5! An unexpected treat, as I was prepared to search for a laundromat. The kitchenette had everything I needed for simple and easy meals. The house is not far from the beach and there is a shopping center close by. The house is close to the I-5 interstate and was very easy to find. The WiFi was great and easy to connect to. I visit this area frequently and felt very fortunate to find Kaza Kokos. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the area!

Location was great, close to the beach, nice view from the balcony. Had an electrical issue staff was very helpful and took care of it promptly. Nice community area with BBQ's tables and plenty of seating.

Location is fantastic. It was just as pictured and the property management was a dream. Mighty Tree property company was very attentive and gave quick answers to questions. I would recommend this place to a friend. Definitely worth it.
