A good location for a relaxing holiday in Palomino, Jaba Jan Hostal is a guest house surrounded by views of the river. The Jaba Jan Hotel is located 15 min outside of Palomino (or 30 min walking down the beach) close to the river, and a quiet beach area after a 15 min walk through the beachy forest. You can get all your food there, take yoga classes, play volleyball, or - as most people - just take a break and relax in one of the hammocks.

Everything was perfect. The owners were super nice, good wifi connection, close to the bus stop, super clean room with towel and fan. It's a new place, he was still painting some things in the lobby.

Our host Olga was really welcoming and helpful! We've only spent a night there and did not have much time, but in case we would have wanted to cook, the kitchen would have provided us with everything!

We wished that our Spanish would be better to understand all the lovely poems Zaida presented to us. If you are homesick, Zaida will take you into her family with open arms. They do everything to help you and we are very grateful to have spend our holiday there. Would definitely recommend.

Owner was very kind and accommodating; he made us tea when we were unwell and organised the delivery of an item I had left in the room from Palomino to Santa Marta. Highly recommend!

The place is clean for a full wood construction. The wifi was fine for working but the hostel didn't have a lot of guests using it.
