Treasured the breathtaking expansive black sand beach surrounded by mountains and basically having it to ourselves. Peacefulness. Roberto (and his cute dogs) are attentive hosts. He proudly provided a fine dining experience. This was a very natural experience in the outdoor bungalow, beach and tropical grounds compared to the large chain resorts that we normally stay at. Loved the very memorable two days there and great overall value.

Boasting a bar and views of sea, Cruzeiro Guest House is a recently renovated guest house situated in São Filipe, a few steps from Sao Filipe Beach. The property features city and quiet street views. Quiet place and very nice staff. The room was really dark, but the rooftop is really nice and has a lot of shade. You may cook also for yourself on the rooftop where there is a kitchen and a bar.

Located in São Filipe, Fogo region, Pensão Domingas is situated less than 1 km from Sao Filipe Beach. This guest house provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Domingas is an amazing host that helped with many things. The room is really comfortable. Breakfast is good. Wifi is fast. Close to restaurants, bars and walking distance to tourist sites.

Very close to the centre of Sao Filipe with nice sea views as well. Very cosy place to stay.

Nice large room, basic furniture but adequate and practical, fairly quiet, clean and tidy. The hotel has charm as does the entire town of Sao Felipe. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Restaurant service at the sister hotel very slow at times.
