View from the balcony was stunning and apartment location was just perfect. Just minutes away from town center and shopping stores.

The location was excellent for us, everything we needed was in walking distance. We loved the apartment it was very modern, clean and well equipped. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Sleek modern apartment, everything is brand new. Lovely location and sea views. Friendly staff. Adapters and some free snacks and drinks were provided which was so nice. Outdoor spaces were large and clean.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Royal Stay Luxury Homes offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. The property was in the very center of Paphos City Center, which is on a walking distance from the Old Town, Agora, Coffee shops, Restaurants, Municipality and etc. The condition of the apartment was excellent, everything was quite new and both the renovation and furnishing was done with very high sense of taste and comfort. We were with twi kids and we fully felt like at home!
