You can walk to some of the grocery stores and restaurants. There is so much vegetation that you barely see the other guests. The mosquitos were manageable.

The room had everything I needed with outdoor kitchen and dining - the common area and pool was an extra bonus. It is a really special place - near the road, but very quiet and the gardens are exceptional. Amazing location - so close the the Grand Anse beach - but walking distance to Deshailes and other beaches in the area - by coastal/hill trails or the road. The bus from the ferry in Pointe a Pitre stops 5 minutes from the hotel.

Probably the best place we have stayed in Guadaloupe in this price range. Highly recommend.
