This B&B was amazing, everything what’s needed was there: nice kitchenette, separate little room for your suitcases, comfortable bed and overall everything was clean, in style and thought-through! A separate star goes to breakfast - it was delicious! Great food and on both days we had a different breakfast offer🫶 Also, you have a stunning view out of the window and can watch birds and enjoy beautiful sunsets/ sunrises! We’d come back anytime!

Featuring lake views, Cosy lakeview cabin 45 minutes from Reykjavik provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 36 km from Thingvellir National Park. Amazing views, comfort, supplied local food, the heated floors and towel rack are the only heat source and we were never cold inside this lovely cabin! Oh and the just installed barrel sauna with a window overlooking the lake and mountains! The horses across the road that would stare at us as we walked to our car in the morning, and make the best horse noices!
