Situated in Yakushima and only 700 metres from Isso Beach, 屋久杉楼 七福 features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful and extremely well-maintained century old wooden house. Our host Barbara was very nice and helpful. The are is quiet and peaceful, perfect if you rent a car. Highly recommended!

The property exceeded my expectations. Everything in the room was perfect. The room was spotless, everything looked brand new, the room was very very wide, the beds are very comfortable, and our room had a piano which we enjoyed playing. Most important, it is in the center of town with a drugstore across the street and dining less than five minutes away! Also, the owner made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Akaogi, 奄美大島の一棟貸切のヴィラAmalog アマログ features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Absolutely impressed by AMALOG! During out stay the host is attentiveness and care were evident. We are pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness, incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Host is so attention to detail, making it even more enjoyable and convenient for guests. Truly commendable!

Located within a few steps of Bashayama Beach and 1.1 km of Kaminoko Beach, Amami 与庵 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Amami. Maruchi san was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Would stay here again. Great for a family or small group of friends.

The house is beautiful, the village and the beach is amazing and Amami is heavenly. The house has everything you need and it’s very comfortable. Having the windows open at night to let in the fresh air and the sound of all the animals was great! We were surprised there wasn’t a single insect in the house, despite Amami’s tropical climate. The coral reefs are pretty far off shore at Kuninao beach, but we found that they were a bit closer at the southernmost end of the beach, near the cliffs. We were even visited by a sea turtle out there! The beach is at its best at sundown, but when it gets dark the hermit crabs become active, and it’s so much fun watching these little guys struggling with their oversized homes There’s a great lunch place nearby too, Bee lunch, with tasty food and friendly chicken :)
