Situated in Kalutara, Karl Holiday Bungalow offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. We used this very nice and cosy little hotel during three weeks as a 'base camp' for trips around the island. We were more than satisfied with everything. Staff is very friendly and nice and made us feel very welcome. The pool is clean and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained with flowers and decorations. Furnitures in the patio areas where you can sit outside and chill. The food they serve is also very tasty — we really liked the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner specialities. Our room was big and spacious wirh good storage facilities for clothes and personal belongings. To have a fridge of your own and access to a kitchen is a big advantage!

The building was newly constructed and luxurious, with all the necessary facilities available. There is secure parking as well.

Offering a private beach area, Amssler Beach Stay offers accommodation in Kalutara. The accommodation comes a private bathroom with shower while the kitchen has a microwave. The guest house is located a few minutes away from the train station of Kalutara South (take a Tuktuk for 250 Lkr) or even closer to the bus (10 min walking distance). The view on the ocean from the room is fantastic, the balcony is equipped with chair so you can enjoy the view. The room is wide and confortable with a double bed and 1 table, fridge, kettle. Shops are 10 min walk from the property. Wifi is working perfectly. And there is hot water for showers. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful and can answer all your questions. I stayed there for 2 nights and went to Bentota river boat trip of 2h using the bus (30 min trip with the bus)

Offering a children's playground, FEEL Beach Lagoon is situated in Kalutara, 43 km from Colombo. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The trip was so good due to comfortable and friendly owner as well as staff especially Ms Bindu. Really helpful and made me very homely.

The house has everything you need: TV, washing machine, iron, blender, hot water, WiFi. Three minutes to the beach on foot. A very friendly and helpful family owns the house. Located in Kalutara, Anura Home Stay offers peaceful and homely accommodation with free WiFi access in the entire property. By far one of the best homestays I've been to in Sri-Lanka!! There was a perfect balance between your own intimacy yet great hospitality! It was super clean and there's everything you need. It's also so close to the beach and the transports. I had a lovely stay in this beautiful house with such a welcoming couple.

Featuring a garden with self-grown vegetables and fruits, FEEL Villa offers rooms with a balcony and free WiFi. Located in Kalutara, the property is 70 km from Bandaranaike Airport. Spent 10 days in total at this lovely, warm, welcoming villa. This place is really a treasure if you are looking for local experience. Victor and his family made my stay amazing and I felt like a part of the family. Rooms were clean, the food was yummy, location was good - close to the ocean and close to the shops. The swimming pool was clean every day and I also had a chance to use their yoga mats to do my daily yoga practice! :) It was truly an extraordinary experience to be here, thank you, Victor! I recommend, I also appreciate that the family is making a big step forward as they are being very eco-friendly, Thumbs up for that as in Sri Lanka is not that easy to do that.

Set in Wadduwa, The Villas, Wadduwa, features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchenette and terrace All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Staff are very attentive to request. The room is spacious with very comfy bed. Nice pool to relax. Good options for breakfast.
