We stayed as a couple for 11 days in this beautiful cottage 1 minute from the beach. It is so quiet and you can relax and retreat very well. There is also a whale skeleton and several beaches are within walking distance. It is also a kitesurfing paradise and there are many donkeys here. You can easily cater for yourself, but there are also several restaurants nearby. The owners are next door and are happy to help at every opportunity. We would come back any time. :-)

El Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya se encuentra en Kalpitiya, a 1,8 km de la playa de Mudalaipalai, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, bar y jardín. We stayed here for going to willpatu wich its a amazing national park. The room was very beautiful the second floor but not ac. We changed the room for one in the first floor with ac but it wasn't that beautiful and 10 dollars extra per night. The host it was super nice i really like him. It was a 10/10. The hotel its in between of the jungle and you can see birds and squirrels. A bit difficult to find a tuk tuk or taxi just in the street but the host always help us for find one driver. The owner a good guy, we didn't meet him but we talked with him by phone and he was super helpful There's available bikes, amazing!

It is like a castle nestled between the dunes and coconut groves! Probably the best stay I have had in Sri Lanka!! Everything is super clean and the furniture, building and linens are brand new! The location is perfect to get away from it all! I practice daily yoga and meditation and it was wonderful they let me use the panoramic roof terrace to welcome the sunrise!

Totally exceeded our expectations! Even better than the photos and super friendly people treat you just like family. Such a clan and nicely decorated place and super comfortable beds, comforter and fluffy pillows on a soft bed. just what we needed! Also about as close as you can get to the rickshaw run start line so was a super location for us. No hot water but we didn’t even miss it.
