The apartment was very warm, comfortable and well laid out. It had everything we needed. The hosts were exceptionally nice, and communication was excellent. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The garden was beautiful and short drive (or moderate walk) to beach, shops, restaurants, and the cliff walk. We really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend.

Featuring garden views, Mangawhai Modern features accommodation with a shared lounge and a patio, a 5-minute walk to Mangawhai Village and its shops, cafes and swimming spot. Lynne was a fantastic host, the space was lovely with a beautiful patio, and it was all very clean! Very impressed!

We liked the location and the rustic beach cottage. There was a great tip sheet for exploring the local fare and activities. We liked the private quiet setting. We felt very welcome with flowers and welcome sign.

You are surrounded by nature and a close drive to Te Arai Beach (where you can take surf lessons as well). We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The place clean, sunny and the oerfect size for two ppl with baggage. We would definetly come back if we could! Very good prize for what is offered.
