It is very calm around, no city fuss, we really rested our souls. Picturesque places nearby. It was possible to negotiate with the owner about the boat to the islands Amantani/Takile. And the alpaca lives here too!

The family running the hotel were the epitome of hospitality. Their warmth and genuine kindness made me feel like a part of their family, not just a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, adding a personal touch to their service that was truly heartwarming. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of tranquility, where the beauty of nature meets the warmth of wonderful hosts. With lake views, Quechua lodge Titicaca is set in Puno and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden and sun terrace. Very friendly and helpful, even though we didn't speak the language. An amazing experience.

Osvaldo and Beatriz were the most lovely hosts and people we have stayed with. They have a great home with lovely rooms, hot water and an astonishing view over lake Titikaka. The prepared meals were delicious and I can only recommend staying with them at any time! Many thanks to them for the great hospitality.

Teodora was really lovely and made sure that we felt at home, she is also an excellent cook! The place itself is clean, has a stunning view and is located in a really quiet area.

They pick you up/drop you at the port, offer their own tours around the Uros and help organise tours to the other islands. Different options for meals (including vegetarian), quite good and at a good price. Hot beverages for free. Plenty of blankets to cope with the cold at night.

I loved the tranquilo place and his cooking! I recommend you to order dinner too! It’s so good! Fresh milk from cows, papas from his garden…my body was so happy to eat organic food and breath clean air! Alberto was so kind to organize my trip ! Can’t thank enough:D!!
