Quinta do Quinto features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Porto da Carne. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed one afternoon/night on our way to home and it was very nice. We felt very nice welcomed. Patricia speak both french an english. Our house was waiting for us with running cooling fans (very appreciated on that hot day). Swimming pool are very nice. Breakfast too. House was clean and very beautiful. Beds were comfortables. I cannot give another note than 10. Thanks.

Located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, Quinta Do Moinho overlooks the Mondego River. It offers apartments with free WiFi and a TV. I loved this property beside the river. It felt like we had stepped back in time. Our host Sylvia was lovely and helpful. We cooled off in the pool and then sat beside the river having a drink before dinner. It was perfect.

Casa Do Guarda Rios is located by Ribeira de Linhares, which flows into Mondego River, and it is 13 km from Gouveia.

Casa do Avô terletak di Vasco Esteves de Baixo, 36km dari Parque Natural Serra da Estrela, di kawasan di mana aktiviti memancing boleh dinikmati. Pretty much everything, such a cosy, beautiful place to hang out and enjoy the silence! We got free jams, bread, pasta etc. everything was there in the house! Amazing sunset views and such a nice host Rosa even though we didn’t speak Portuguese. Quite a beautiful but steep and narrow route to get to the house. 10/10, really recommend going if you plan on visiting the National park near by. It’s truly an adventure to get there and is a contrast to the city life.

Situated in the heart of Serra da Estrela mountain range, this unique accommodation was born the full reconstruction of an ancient water mill and an olive oil mill. Good location, historical property with many interesting artefacts preserved inside. Friendly and extremely helpful hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, would highly recommend to others visiting the area.
