Cristina, host, was the best. She was always amazing, asking if we needed anything and very careful. Simply, the best we've ever had!

Sulina is like my dream town,quiet, a bit isolated and seemingly on the edge of something (at the end of the ferry on the Danube estuary and after that just the Black Sea). There's a spit/peninsula that goes a few KM out into the water and eventually to a lighthouse, but we didn't go that far and I'm not sure if it's possible to go all the way to the end by walking. Taking out my GPS along the route, you pass within 3 KM of the Ukrainian border.

I love that there are cleaning products and towels, tea, coffee, and basic ingredients for cooking. There's a bakery right downstairs, a supermarket and restaurants all around. Just a great location. The host was lovely and very responsive.
