As a solo traveler and it being my first time in Tunisia, I could not have had a better stay. Youssef was extremely kind and welcoming. He was always available and a phone call away if I had any questions. The apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the center of Sidi Boi Saïd and down the road for Carthage. Having an entire apartment to myself was very refreshing. Youssef had stocked the fridge with groceries prior to my stay so I was able to make a home cooked meal. Guests are also free to use the Netflix account on the television, which is an added bonus. As someone who has traveled all over the world, I would highly recommend Chez ADAC as it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in with a kind and respectful owner.

The view from the rooms and from the breakfast terrace are unparalleled perhaps anywhere in the Mediterranean. If you get one of the sea facing rooms as we did, you will not want to leave. You wake up to a view of the Bay of Carthage with the Cape Bon peninsula stretching out in the distance. Just below is the view of the marina and to the left the famous Cafe des Delices. Its simply divine.

Just a short walk away from the old town and tram station. The room was comfortable, stylish and had all the essentials in the kitchenette. Faris, the host was very friendly and hospitable. Value for money was excellent.

You can walk to the sightseeing place to visit. The decoration architecture of the house is the work of an extraordinary taste. In addition, the roof top is a place decorated with lights and accessories, where you can have a pleasant time with the view. The hosts are so kind and caring that they made my vacation so beautiful and safe. Everything was great! This is definitely my preference when I come again.
