The staff members were very quick at responding, welcoming, and accommodating. They let us luggage storage after check-out for a few hours. The room was spacious, beds were very comfy. The room was also very clean and had working AC. The hotel has a bar downstairs from 7pm-1am, but you cannot hear anything from the second floor.

Featuring sea views, 墾丁勿忘我城堡莊園 in Hengchun South Gate features accommodations, free bikes, a garden, and a shared lounge. This house is on a hill with beautiful views and surroundings. We could see the cows roaming the green field through the window. The room and every corner are spotlessly clean and beautiful. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, and sweets all-day which you could serve yourself and sit in the comfy room or living room reading with the views. And we're free to use the kitchen and living area. So we ordered takeaway and dined in the house while we were staying there. The housekeepers are friendly and more than helpful to assist with anything we are needed. The breakfast was tasty too. Overall, it's an excellent stay and we'll definitely be coming back next time.
