Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We left our rented portable charger cable and she helped us mail it back to Taipei. Value for money and would definitely recommend!

Soli Hospitale 宿里旅行舍 is a recently renovated homestay in Hualien City near Beibin Park Beach. The host is extremely warm, friendly, and attentive to guests. The place is very clean, and you can tell that the design was done with great care, with many thoughtful details. I especially liked the Bluetooth speaker in the room, which allowed me to listen to music. The scenery is also very beautiful, with a view of the sea from the balcony. They also provided a delicious breakfast and the host kindly helped me arrange a car service. I also had a dinner with the host and became a friend of his after the stay. I can’t recommend this place enough! Will surely come back and stay again in the future. I will give six stars if I can. :) Thank you, Yancy!

We happened to stay there during the 2024 Hualien earthquake. The hosts were amazing and a source of great comfort to us and other guests. They went out to fill the fridge with drinks, fruits, snacks, etc, and were always available to answer any questions we had. They got breakfast for everyone. They called a taxi for us and given the road closures, walked us to the pick up point. They also checked in with us after we left to ensure we managed to catch the train. We liked the location of the property, which is near the beach and great for running. It is also close to the night market. Parking was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The tv also has streaming services. There is a bidet toilet. The property has a shared washing machine, and clean drinking water on the first floor. The hosts have an adorable dog called Ah Jiu, whom we loved. No complaints at all - while we wouldn’t wish an earthquake on anyone, we are so grateful we were staying at this accommodation when it happened.
