The rooms have all basic facilities, the mattrass is good, we always had hot water. We personally liked more the rooms that come with a patio as they offer extra outdoor space to sit and relax. This hotel is a very good value for money. Having stayed in many other places on the island, we can say that for this amount of money you won't find anything that is so close to the beach and is not noisy. Perfect for a short stay!

It's a cheap guest house so there's no luxury facilities, but it's comfortable and the building has a nice charm. The level of service is what makes the place though. The family that runs the guest house are lovely, all very friendly and helpful, and speak good enough English to communicate (the son speaks very well and can help with anything). The food served here was amazing and very reasonably priced, for slightly more than a plate of street food you get a full meal with several sides & some fruit for dessert.

Just a 6-minute walk from Bai Dai Beach and 400 yards from Corona Casino, Xan hotel Phu Quoc features accommodations in Phú Quốc, with a private beach area. Nice stay. Love our holiday here at Xan hotel. We spent 5 nights here to go to the beach every morning. Everything was clean. They even cook lunch and dinner for us with a good price compared to others.
