All the staff were incredibly lovely, helpful & professional. All facilities were modern & clean + aircon in the bedrooms. Common space by the pool was a perfect place to relax and meet people! Booked this place for my mom to take some rest between 2 long trips. She simply loved it. It is a simple place but offer everything that was advertised. Very well located, only 10 min by car to the airport and there’s loads of shops around and a Mc’Donalds right across the street. The stuff was very pleasant and the owner very caring, even made her a coffee and waited outside with her until the Uber arrived. If you’re looking for a place to rest in peace before or after a long trip, please choose More So.

Clean, big room with a lake view. All the necessary stuff in the room, even ironing board. Spacious closet space for clothes, and modern technology (smart TV, etc). Breakfast is great, a lot of choices of bread and fruit, even a juicer where you can concoct your own vegetable or fruit juice.

The building is a classic . The stuff of dreams . The room was enormous with a view of the beach . Everything was thought of and the housekeeping was exceptional . The bed was super comfy . The pool area is elegant and a wonderful place to watch the world go by . I dined in Pergola and Ciprianis. Both were excellent . The breakfast is world class and every possible item is available . But what makes this hotel truly exceptional is the PEOPLE. The personal touches , the attentive but not overbearing service . Quiet efficiency everywhere and nothing is too much trouble . I have stage in two six star hotels and have NEVER felt so well looked after . As a woman travelling alone that says everything

1. The check-in time - the check-in was fast and simple. This was the best amongst last 10 hotels I have stayed. 2. The location - is best. Right on the beach. Just cross the road and you are on the beach. Also it's almost at the middle of the long stretch of Copacabana beach. 3. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. 4. Breakfast was better than we expected. Lots of options - good spread. 5. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. All speak English.

El personal de l’hotel és molt agradable. Van obrir el restaurant l’últim dia abans de les 6 am per tal que poguèssim esmorçar. El restaurant Alloro és molt recomenable. L’hotel te cadires a la platja i servei de tovalloles.
