We stayed in Sonia's place for a week during the New Year 2022. From the balcony, we had a grand view of the beautiful old town Agaete and a front row seat of the New Year 's Eve fireworks show. Sonia is such a great and friendly host, she kept great communication from before we arrived until we left to make sure we have a smooth stay. Not only the apartment had everything more than we would need, she even sent us champagne and eggs on new year's Eve. This is in addition to the welcome gift of bottles of wine and champagne, eggs and chocolate candies. We loved the super clean, spacious, functional, and comfortable apartment. WiFi was good even sufficient for Zoom calls. We also loved the location not only for Agaete and the port are in itself a breathtakingly beautiful place but also is a great base to explore the nearby dramatic Tamadaba coastal cliffs, central mountains, and beautiful northern coastal / mountain towns. You will definitely need a car. To sum it up we had a wonderful and memorable time.

The location was fantastic as it was outside of the town, but within walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. There is a lighted walking path that was very convenient as well. The apartment was very spacious and had a great layout. The two bathrooms and washer/dryer were a plus for our family of four. The property managers were fantastic! They were quick with communications (either sharing info or answering messages). They quickly resolved a couple of minor problems which we appreciated.

It was a large home in a quite neighborhood, Once you got to know your surroundings nothing was really far! We did not have a car, but the bus stop is 5 minutes away and Spar grocery was a 10 min walk! Also 15-20 min walk to ocean
