호텔 단지에 위치해 있어서 평화롭고 조용하다. 주 이용객이 어르신들이어서 그런지 욕실에 보조 장치를 마련해 둔 점이 섬세하고 좋았다. (젊은 이용객은 거의 못 봄) 샤워부스 안에 접이식 의자가 있었고, 헤어드라이어가 있는 세면대 옆에도 작은 의자가 있어서 머리 말리는 동안 서 있지 않아도 되어서 아주 좋았다. 옷걸이가 엄청 많아서 아주 넉넉히 이용할 수 있었다. 조식도 무난했다. 주차는 호텔을 조금 지나서 내려가면 공원 끝에 무료 주차장을 이용할 수 있다.

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

This place has everything: great location, fully equipped, comfortable furniture and the host was very friendly. We arrived there with the car and she was so nice to give us the best advice where to find the best closest parking. Highly recommended:)

Very well designed and spacious apartment in the old town. Few minutes walk to the sea, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds.

Great location, with all facilities available. The apartment is very nice, located in front of the beach, with super view to the ocean.

The apartment is impeccably clean, neat and tidy, super well equipped (literally nothing is missing), conveniently and nicely furnished, with a comfy bed. Furthermore, it is ideally located, in the most charming area of the city and close to everything. It is also super quiet and the garden view is very peaceful, with lots of birds and butterflies. Finally, Helmut was a very considerate, knowledgeable and responsive host, he also made suggestions as to where we could eat with a discount and listen to concerts, etc.

Awesome apartment with great view. Convinient parking in the builing for those who travel by car. Nice and friendly hosts. The rooms are clean, the kitchen and bathroom have all what is needed for the comfortable stay. There are a lot of shops and restaraunts in this district. My family and I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

Perfect apartment, with all we could possibly need, with great ocean view. Location is ideal, on a coas in the center in a vibrant neighborhood. Tiziana and Claudio are so charming, prefect hosts with great recommendations for the local specialties. Highly recommend

Very cosy apartment, comfy for family. Private fenced apartment complex with pool, etc. Good place to explore the island with car. Puerto de la Cruz very nice city. If i come back, will surely consider same place to stay.
