Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

We had a magic stay here, the hotel and staff have a cool vibe and we could relax and chill. Cesar met us as we walked in the door and took care of us marvelously for the weekend. Some how they found out it was our w anniversary and gave us extra special treatment!! Gracias 😊 I loved the location also as it’s a stones throw from the old town but a quiet area. Food & cocktails are great and the pool area is really relaxing. Dinner at the Kentia was superb. Shout out to Katrina and all the reception staff. I hope to be back soon!

The apartment is very nice and cozy. There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!
