We have stayed in a number of different apartments in El Cotillo but Casa Allegranza has to be the best ! The apartment is modern, bright with lots of quirky design features. It is really well resourced and the bed was super comfortable. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. We would definitely stay in Casa Allegranza on our next visit to El Cotillo.

Amazing flat. Fair and competitive price. Perfect location for anyone in town to surf or bodyboard as well, right at the southern edge of town so access to the Cotillo beaches and the amazing Playa de Esquizno is right at your doorstep. Will be returning to this property again. Such a great place!

It was more expensive than other facilities nearby but was worth it. Compared to the new buildings full of apartments this still have some spirit of community, the new ones we found so sterile and anonymous. Cotillo is nice, restaurants are fine, the bay is cool. The facility had everything we needed for three days, the sunset and sunrise at the balcony is priceless.

Loved the shower with so much power and plenty of hot water after a day on the beach. Very comfy large double bed. Loved the large roof balcony with sunbeds and a sofa to watch the sunsets. Easy 2 min stroll to get groceries , and a few minutes away from bars and cafes. The buses pick up for Corralejo only a few minutes away. All in, this has location, cleanliness, style, and great communication from the owner. We hope to stay again in the future.

Spar and Superdino in the area very well equipped for daily shopping. The beach is calm and not too crowded although mainly occupied by families with kids. Everything clean, beds comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. No problem with check-in and check-out at any hour. There was a basic body&hair lotion in the bathroom. Dishwashing liquid, sponge and all basic utensils in the kitchen. We also got an iron from the staff on request. We got towels changed once during our 8-days stay. There are laundry mashines in the basement but we didn't use them.

Very quiet place with guests enjoying calm way of spending holidays, although do not expect privacy: the apartments are very close to each other. A couple of minutes by feet from the town. Staff was friendly at the check-in. Really wonderful beach experience!
