Extremely clean. Small family run boutique hotel that was new, close to beach and rooms were spacious and modern and very comfortable. Loved the bed sheets as they were a crisp cotton. Breakfast was great as it was included. Beautiful pool lounge area. The family are extremely attentive to all your needs. We had a perfect stay in Kamari. Very attentive hosts, comfortable room, everything top notch. The bed was very comfortable. We usually made oatmeal for breakfast, the kitchen was perfect for that. I imagine you could prepare similar simple meals, but maybe not more complex ones. We loved that each window and the terrace door had mosquito nets applied. The room is spacious, we could even do a simple home workout in it :) The location is also great, two minutes to get to the beach. It's worth to note that this end of the beach had bigger waves, so we usually walked more (~10 mins) to get to the calmer beach area, but we were fine with that. Also, as others mentioned, the planes are really close, but they don't really fly between 23:00 and 6:30, so we were fine with that, too. Otherwise it's a really quiet and calm location :)

Probably one of the best places in the island, if you want to spend your days at the beach. This was our first trip to Santorini, so we didn’t really know what location to choose. We wanted a reasonably priced apartment near the beaches and restaurants. Leonidas was a great choice. Located in a quiet street parallel to the coast, offers you great access to shops, bars, restaurants, car rentals. Superb cleanliness, nice garden view. Highly recommended, and would definitively come again!
