I have visited many places in Croatia, but the hosts here were the absolute best - friendly, kind, went above and beyond, drove me to the bus, even made myself and other guests a wonderful dinner. I was a solo visitor and they made me feel like I was visiting family. The room was perfectly clean and nice, with a spectacular view.

An absolutely superb apartment with sea view. A modern, spacious apartment in excellent condition and at a reasonable cost. Large balcony facing the sea. Parking right in front of the building. Air conditioning in all rooms. It is away from all the noise on the beach boulevard but still fairly close although you do have to climb 132 stairs and walk uphill on the way back. Be sure to book the two bedroom apartment with sea view. Other apartments are in lower floors. The house in front blocks the sea view.

The apartment was a short walk to Baska Voda center. There were many amenities like a coffee machine and free bike rental. And it was a friendly place with helpful and kind people.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was wonderful and helpful, the location was really good. I can only say positive things, highly recommend! Looking forward to coming back here again. :)

The place is amazing! The host is amazing as well. We did a late check in and it was no problem for the host, we had our parking space as well. Apartment was super clean, it has air con as well, great sea view! The beach is like 3-4 minutes walk. Going back is a bit uphill walk, but it was no problem at all. Beaches are clean, water is clean, views are amazing, food in restaurants is amazing (bit pricey tho). We will come back again for sure! I recommend this place!

We arrived weary and were assigned three rooms for our family of 5. They were close to each other, as we had requested. When we noted one room had an unexpected smoke smell from prior occupant, they politely, quickly, and kindly offered another room. Breakfast is exceptional. I loved the salmon Benedict, but so much to choose. Bar makes carefully crafted cocktails (and mocktails). Staff in every part of the hotel was exceedingly kind and competent. They helped us plan some post-stay activities to visit Krka and zip line near that park. Will definitely stay here again.

That was amazing place to stay in Croatia. I am travelling a lot. But in more than 30 years of my experience I have never seen so much care about the guests. Probably one of the reasons is that the owner taking care about everything by himself. I am really recommending this apartment hotel to stay. We picked up Fontevita Apartments because it was between main Croatia tourist attraction. We rented the car and visited Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes and Split. Car parking in Fonevita Apartment was provided from the first day. Car parking there just on the doorstep and is really safe. Our plane was delayed. So the owner waited for us. Even that was the late night. We spent two weeks in Fontevita Apartments. That was one of our best holidays.
