Bel residence is a 15 minute stroll to Riva which is where all the tours I took started from, was able to save some money and enjoy walking through the town. I was out a lot but the staff were very friendly when I saw them. And they have these nice little sweets in the reception... The room was clean with a view of the pool and a terrace! I certainly didn't pay enough, I hope to come back again...

Amazing location within the old city. The hotel is very small, just a few rooms on one floor of a building shared by other hotels. So, very boutique and excellent service. Room was absolutely stunning! Large bouncy bed. The concierge is only open from 8am - 10pm but can accommodate early check-outs and late check-ins if you arrange ahead of time.

Great hotel always have nice surprise, so as we are frequently guests this time upreaded from Superior to Deluxe Sea View room. We really enjoyed coffe and drinks at balcony. Perfectly comfortable beds and linens. Begining of March is quite period, so not crowded hotel and planty of space in wellness.

Every time I go to Split for business or leisure, I choose to stay in this hotel for it's great price/quality value! Beautiful, clean and well-functioning rooms with comfortable beds and a nice bathtub which adds a lot of value in my opinion. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast buffet has a large selection for everyone's taste! The best part of course is the wellness downstairs where I can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi after a busy day. Last but not least, the location is great! Right next to the old town of Split, the ferry port/bus station/trainstation and with a free car park whenever I come by car! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the fact that they are a pet-friendly hotel is the cherry on the top. Simply my favorite place to stay at whenever visiting Split :-)
